Why did I start the blog Tasty Brain Food?


1. First of all I love cooking and gathering family and friends for a nice dinner together. I think the best way to spend time with your beloved ones is in the kitchen and over a great meal of food.


2. What you eat is so important. I learned in a young age what to eat to perform the best I could during equestrian competitions and later also during university studies.


3. I know, by own experiences that you can't live you life fulfilled with wrong diet.


4. I wish to share all of my knowledge about how to eat right to live better and be happier.




This is not about a diet, it's the opposite. If you eat with your head and feed your brain instead of your body you can not be unhealthy. Then you follow the best diet without even knowing it. And if your brain is happy your body will be healthy and in the best shape in no time.

The recipes I will share is normal, tasty food. But I add something good for the brain and exclude what not is good... It is as easy as that.


I will let you discover the important connection between the food that we daily consume and the affect on these foods on our brain.
