Caesar salad is always a winner. It takes five minutes to mix your own caesar dressing and it's actually more creamy and tasty. With this dressing you can variate your salad in so many ways. Above you see one of the top choices for me. It's with fresh potatoes, asparagus and off course the classic roman salad, as it sucks up the dressing absolutely fantastic and don't leave a single drop to waste.

Ingredients:
500 g build and cold fresh potatoes
400 g roman salad
200 g green asparagus (boiled for a couple of minutes)
1 1/2 dl olive oil
1 egg yolks
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 garlic clove
1 dl granted parmesan and 1/2 dl for garnish
2 sardine filets in oil
1 lemon, juice
Method:
But the boiled fresh potatoes, cut roman salad and asparagus in a large bowl
Mix yolk, mustard, garlic and sardine fillets with a mixer
Slowly add the oil and mix until creamy texture
Add granted parmesan and gently mix
Season with lemon, salt, pepper
Dress the salad and serve on a big plate. garnish with parmesan
